Pre-Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant

We are a well\-established and successful personal injury law firm located in the Crossroads District of downtown Kansas City, seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented **Pre\-Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant** to support our pre\-litigation practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. This position includes tasks including: * Client intake and communication * Drafting and sending medical records and billing requests, drafting preservation letters and obtaining police reports and cell phone records * Demand preparation * Communicating with insurance claims representatives * Ability to multitask and being detail oriented Qualified candidates should demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and a strong work ethic. Experience in civil litigation—particularly personal injury—preferred but not required. Bachelor’s or associates degree is required.
