Full-Time Therapist – Hybrid

New Direction YFS, Inc. is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated **Full-Time Therapists** to join our growing behavioral health team. This is a **W-2 employee position** with an established caseload, ongoing referrals, hybrid flexibility, professional support, and opportunities for long-term growth. Regional Opportunities Applicants are **not required to work throughout all service areas**. Therapists must be available to provide in-person and school-based services within **at least one** of the following regions: * **South Central Region:** Harnett, Cumberland, Hoke, Lee & Southern Wake Counties * **Triangle Region:** Wake, Durham, Johnston, Orange & Chatham Counties * **Piedmont Region:** Guilford, Forsyth, Alamance, Randolph & Davidson Counties Applicants may select one or more preferred regions based on availability. Position Responsibilities The Full-Time Therapist will: * Provide individual, family, and group therapy * Conduct Comprehensive Clinical Assessments/intakes * Develop and update individualized treatment plans * Administer required clinical measurement tools * Provide telehealth, outpatient, and school-based services * Coordinate care with parents/guardians, schools, providers, and referral sources when appropriate * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation * Participate in supervision, meetings, training, and clinical consultation * Maintain HIPAA compliance, professional boundaries, and ethical standards * Travel within the assigned service region as needed Documentation Standards * Clinical Assessments/Intakes: **within 3 days** * Progress/Session Notes: **within 24 hours** * Group Notes: **within 24 hours** * Treatment Plans: **updated every 90 days** * Measurement Tools: **completed every 30 days** Compensation & Productivity This position begins as a **full-time hourly W-2 employee position**. The position is structured around an approximately **40-hour workweek**, which includes clinical services and approved responsibilities such as documentation, care coordination, treatment planning, meetings, supervision, and other assigned duties. Once a full caseload is established, therapists are expected to maintain an average of approximately **26–28 billable clinical hours per week**. After approximately **90 days of active employment**, the position may be reviewed for possible conversion to salaried status based on productivity, clinical performance, documentation compliance, attendance, organizational need, and financial sustainability. Qualifications Applicants must have: * Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field * Current applicable North Carolina license or associate license * Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills * Reliable transportation * Ability to provide virtual and in-person services * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Eligible licenses may include **LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LMFT, LMFTA, or LPA**.
