Physical Therapist

Life Wellness Center, a Curis Functional Health clinic, with locations in Lakeville and Prior Lake, Minnesota, is seeking a Physical Therapist for our Physical Therapy Department. This position is open to part-time or full-time employment. We strive to provide our employees with an enjoyable, friendly, and team building atmosphere. The Physical Therapist will provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting by evaluating patients referred for physical therapy care for musculoskeletal issues, initiating a physical therapy treatment plan per the findings of the initial evaluation, effectively applying physical therapeutic techniques appropriate to the patient needs, and completing the required documentation. The most common conditions treated in our facilities are neck and back pain (including disc herniation) as well as extremity ailments. Candidate will work with a Physical Therapist, a Physical Therapy Assistant, and in collaboration with Chiropractors, Nutritionists, and Mental Health Therapists. Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday, no holidays, no nights.
