Hotel General Manager

**Overview** As Hotel General Manager, you’ll oversee daily hotel operations, guide hospitality teams, and keep guest needs, team performance, and financial operations in focus. Your impact: By setting clear service standards and resolving guest concerns promptly, you help guests feel cared for and give employees a consistent foundation for excellent service. **Responsibilities** * Oversee front desk, housekeeping, guest services, and other hotel functions; maintain hotel guest service standards and strong guest relations. * Lead, supervise, and develop hospitality teams, including staffing, communication, and human resources responsibilities. * Manage revenue, budgets, and financial operations; review performance and make informed operational decisions. * Use property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, and multi-line phone systems to support accurate bookings and smooth service. * Address guest requests and escalations with professionalism, customer service, and proper phone etiquette. **Requirements** * Experience in hotel management or hospitality management, with hotel experience and supervisory or team management experience. * Demonstrated leadership in managing hospitality operations, teams, budgets, and financial management. * Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), reservation systems, and hotel guest service standards. * Strong managerial communication, guest service, and organizational skills. * Multilingual or bilingual ability is a plus; hotel experience is also preferred.
