**Emergency Services Nursing Manager** Lead clinical operations in a fast-paced emergency department by supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient flow, and ensuring evidence-based, patient-centered care. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee ED nursing operations, staffing, and performance management * Coordinate patient flow to support safety, access, and quality * Drive quality improvement initiatives and support continuous learning * Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to clinical standards * Partner with physicians and hospital leadership to improve outcomes and patient experience * Promote a compassionate, collaborative culture in a high-acuity environment **Qualifications** * Experienced Emergency Department RN with strong leadership skills * Background in trauma and/or critical care * Commitment to compassionate, team-based practice and patient safety
