Job description: * Manufacturing Support \- Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for assembly equipment. Ensure equipment capability meets production volume and quality requirements * Process \& Equipment Improvement \- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance equipment performance, yield, and productivity * New Equipment Introduction \- Lead equipment qualification and acceptance activities. Coordinate installation, commissioning, and startup activities * Quality \& Compliance \- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality management systems. Maintain documentation including SOPs, work instructions, maintenance procedures, and engineering reports. Profile description: * Diploma/ Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering related. * Minimum 5 \- 7 years of equipment engineering experience in frontend / backend assembly manufacturing * Minimum 3 \- 7 years of technical knowledge of Pick \& Place equipment in a manufacturing environment * Experience leading technicians, or cross\-functional project teams Soi Kim Kee suki.kee@ams\-osram.com \+65 () 62402395
