Management Accountant

* Competitive salary with annual salary review * Flexible working hours and working from home options **About Our Client** A leading organisation experiencing continued growth, our client fosters a supportive and high-performing environment where finance professionals are empowered to influence business outcomes and add real value. **Job Description** * Prepare monthly management reports, budgets and forecasts to support business performance and strategic decision making * Analyse financial results, providing commentary on variances, trends and key business drivers * Partner with operational stakeholders to deliver financial insights and improve commercial outcomes * Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes * Monitor business performance through KPI reporting, cash flow analysis and profitability reviews * Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy and operational efficiency **The Successful Applicant** Our ideal candidate should have: * CA, CPA or equivalent accounting qualification * 3-6 year's experience in a Management Accounting, Commercial Finance or Business Partnering role * Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis skills * Experience partnering with operational stakeholders and non finance teams * Advanced Excel skills and exposure to ERP systems * The ability to translate financial data into meaningful commercial insights * Excellent communication and relationship building skills (must have) **What's on Offer** * Full time permanent Management Accountant position * Flexible WFH options * Scope for growth and ability to progress within the organisation * Salary of AUD $120,000 - $140,000 + superannuation If you or someone you know is right for this role we encourage you to apply! **Quote job ref: JN-102026-7120215**
