Immigration Legal Assistant/Paralegal

**Job Summary** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Immigration Law Assistant/Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide essential executive administrative support, assisting attorneys and staff in various legal matters, particularly in Immigration law. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage documents effectively. The Law Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our legal practice. **Duties** * Provide executive administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars. * Assist with legal research and document review to prepare for cases. * Manage case files using document management systems to ensure all materials are organized and accessible. * Maintain effective phone etiquette while communicating with clients, witnesses, and court personnel. * Stay updated on developments immigration law to support the team effectively. **Qualifications** * Previous experience as a paralegal or law assistant is preferred but not required. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Proficient in legal drafting and document management systems. * Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. * Detail-oriented mindset with strong proofreading abilities. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
