Guidewire Jutro Developer Lead

**About the role** Our client is a global consultancy with a dedicated Guidewire practice delivering core system and digital programs for general insurers. They’re adding a Jutro Developer Lead to their digital team. You’ll lead a small team of developers on Guidewire’s digital front end and work closely with client teams to turn requirements into working solutions. **What you’ll do** * Lead developers on design, code reviews and merges * Build front-end apps on Guidewire Jutro and React, including MFEs and standalone apps * Integrate with Guidewire Cloud APIs, PolicyCenter and other platforms such as document management and finance * Work with BAs, project managers and client SMEs to shape solutions * Support releases across dev, QA, UAT and prod **What you’ll bring** * Hands-on Guidewire Jutro experience (essential) * Strong React development * Guidewire Cloud experience: Cloud APIs, Digital SDK, APD, Testing Framework, Git/Bitbucket * Integration experience, ideally in insurance * Experience leading or mentoring developers **What’s on offer** * Permanent role in a growing Guidewire practice * Hybrid and flexible working * Ongoing learning and a clear career path If you have hands-on Jutro and React experience, apply even if you don’t tick every box.
