**Role:** Radiology Manager responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and staffing radiology departments to ensure high clinical quality and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** Manage daily operations, build collaborative relationships, communicate clearly, and promote continuous improvement in patient experience. Take accountability for performance, foster a positive team environment, and seek professional growth. **Qualifications And Skills** * Approved Imaging Training Program and valid CPR and TDH licenses * Recognized Radiology credentials (e.g., ARRT, NMTCB, ARDMS) * Minimum of 5 years’ broad radiology experience, including administrative duties * 2-5 years of direct management experience, including operations and budget management * Strong organizational and time management skills * Leadership qualities, positive role modeling, and value management techniques
