Our mission is to empower individuals and families by providing compassionate, evidence-based services that promote recovery, stability, and long-term wellness. **Position Overview:** Stages of Change, LLC is seeking a qualified **Mental Health Professional (MHP)** to provide **Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST)** and **Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR)** services. Services will be delivered in **community settings and via telehealth**, depending on the service type and client needs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide **CPST services via telehealth or in community-based settings** to support individuals in managing mental health symptoms and improving daily functioning. * Provide **PSR services in community settings** to help individuals develop social, coping, and independent living skills. * Develop and implement individualized treatment interventions based on the client’s treatment plan. * Assist clients with symptom management, problem-solving, emotional regulation, and community integration. * Collaborate with treatment team members, families, and community partners when appropriate. * Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with agency and Medicaid guidelines. * Participate in required trainings, supervision, and team meetings. **Qualifications:** * Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. * Licensed or license-eligible in Louisiana (LMSW, LCSW, PLPC, LPC, etc.) preferred. * Experience working with individuals with mental health disorders and/or substance use disorders preferred. * Ability to provide services in community settings and via telehealth. * Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills. * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community visits. **What We Offer:** * Flexible schedule * Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community * Supportive team environment * Competitive compensation **How to Apply:** Submit your resume to **stagesofchange@yahoo.com** or apply through Indeed.
