Sports Rehab Clinician - Chiropractor or Physical Therapist

**Des Moines Metro \| Waukee \& Norwalk Opportunities** A unique opportunity has developed for a **Doctor of Chiropractic or Physical Therapist** who is passionate about sports rehabilitation, performance, and working with active populations. The right clinician will have the opportunity to join a growing sports\-performance environment with **immediate access to a large and diverse population of athletes across multiple sports, ages, and competitive levels.** This is not a traditional clinic position where a new clinician is simply given a treatment room and expected to figure everything out on their own. Our goal is to provide the right person with the **environment, resources, mentorship, and opportunity to build something meaningful.** **The Opportunity** The right clinician will have access to: * A large and diverse population of athletes across numerous sports * A collaborative environment with coaches, performance professionals, athletes, and families * **State\-of\-the\-art treatment, rehabilitation, recovery, and performance equipment and technology** * Opportunities to develop their own clinical or sports\-specific niche * **Clinical mentorship and guidance** to continue developing as a provider * **Professional and business mentorship** for someone interested in learning how to grow a practice, build a patient base, develop referral relationships, and better understand the business side of healthcare * Opportunities for increasing responsibility and professional growth as the organization expands * Potential opportunities in **Waukee and/or Norwalk** We want this opportunity to grow with the clinician. For the right individual, there is significant room to help shape the position rather than simply stepping into a predetermined role. **Who We’re Looking For** We are interested in meeting DCs or PTs with a strong interest in: * Sports injury evaluation and rehabilitation * Return\-to\-play and performance\-based care * Strength, movement, and exercise\-based rehabilitation * Manual therapy * Working collaboratively with coaches and performance professionals * Developing meaningful relationships within the athletic community * Continually improving clinically * Building something for the long term Previous experience working with athletes is valuable, but **mindset, work ethic, communication, willingness to learn, and overall fit are equally important.** **Flexible Structure** We understand that the ideal opportunity may look different for different clinicians. Depending on experience, goals, and individual preference, there is flexibility to explore either an **independent contractor arrangement or an employed/salaried position**. Schedule, location, start date, and overall structure can also be discussed based on the right fit. **Looking Ahead** We are beginning conversations with potential clinicians as we plan for continued growth.
