For more information on the company, please visit our website: www.synechron.com.** **Job Description:** **Role Purpose** Design the reusable migration framework, standards, patterns, and automated ETL architecture to accelerate migration delivery across all migration domains **Key Responsibilities** * Define ETL architecture and reusable framework. * Establish migration development standards. * Create source\-to\-target transformation patterns. * Define error handling and restartability mechanisms. * Design reconciliation and audit controls. * Define data validation checkpoints. * Mentor ETL engineering teams. * Optimize migration performance and execution schedules. * Ensure consistency across Debit, Credit and Acquiring migration streams. **Required Experience** * 10\+ years in ETL/Data Engineering. * Strong knowledge of: * WhereScape * ETL Framework Design * Data Warehouse Concepts * AWS Data Services * Data Migration Programs * Experience designing reusable ETL accelerators. **SYNECHRON’S DIVERSITY \& INCLUSION STATEMENT** Diversity \& Inclusion are fundamental to our culture, and Synechron is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
