Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer

IDR is seeking a **Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer** to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you will help build and support scalable AWS cloud environments while improving reliability, automation, and deployment practices. You’ll partner with engineering and stakeholders within a large, mission-driven organization to deliver secure, modern cloud solutions. **Position Overview for the Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer:** * Build, deploy, and support AWS cloud infrastructure across development, test, and production environments * Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines to enable consistent, reliable deployments * Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using infrastructure-as-code and scripting * Deploy and troubleshoot containerized applications using AWS container services and orchestration platforms * Monitor performance, availability, and security; troubleshoot incidents and drive root-cause resolution **Requirements for the Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer:** * Strong hands-on experience designing, deploying, and supporting AWS cloud infrastructure and core services * Proven experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) and Git-based workflows (e.g., GitHub or GitLab) * Experience with configuration management and automation using Ansible * Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code and cloud automation tools (e.g., Terraform and/or CloudFormation) * Experience deploying and supporting containerized applications (ECS/EKS) and working with PostgreSQL in AWS (RDS), including monitoring and operational support **What's in it for you?** * Competitive compensation package * Full Benefits; Medical, Vision, Dental, and more! * Opportunity to get in with an industry leading organization. **Why IDR?** * 25+ Years of Proven Industry Experience in 4 major markets * Employee Stock Ownership Program * Dedicated Engagement Manager who is committed to you and your success. * Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance * ClearlyRated's Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Award winner 12 years in a row.
