Full Stack Engineer

The business has a fantastic reputation for its culture, with great employee retention, a close-knit team and plenty of opportunity to learn, develop and make a genuine impact. **The Tech** The core technology stack includes **PHP, React and MySQL** , supported by AWS infrastructure. There's a strong focus on modernising existing applications, improving architecture and introducing new technologies, including AI-powered features and automation. You'll work alongside experienced Engineers and collaborate with teams, gaining experience with different systems, technical challenges and projects. **We're looking for someone with a mix of the following:** * Strong commercial experience developing applications using **PHP** * Full stack development experience with **React, JavaScript and MySQL** * Experience working with **Linux, NGINX and the LEMP stack** * Experience building and integrating REST APIs * Exposure to **AWS** , ideally including EC2, RDS and S3 * Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices * A genuine interest in emerging technologies and continuous learning Experience with AI integrations or platform modernisation would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
