**Job Title: Senior Engineer** **Location:** Dublin **Salary:** €80,000 – €95,000 per annum (DOE) **Employment Type:** Full\-Time, Permanent **Start Date:** Immediate / Negotiable **About the Role:** We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our growing team on a major project based in Dublin. This is a critical role for an ambitious professional who can take responsibility for the engineering function on\-site, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and programme performance. As a Senior Engineer, you will work closely with the Site and Project Management teams to manage technical aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial setup to handover. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and coordinate all engineering activities on\-site. * Interpret and implement technical drawings and specifications. * Oversee setting out, surveying, quality control, and compliance inspections. * Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with project programme, health \& safety, and quality standards. * Prepare and maintain site documentation, including RFI logs, method statements, and progress reports. * Support the Project Manager with planning and delivery of works. * Mentor and supervise junior engineers and site staff where required. **Requirements:** * Degree\-qualified in **Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering** , or related discipline. * Minimum **6–8 years’ experience** in a Senior or Site Engineer role on large\-scale projects (preferably residential, commercial, or civils). * Strong knowledge of setting out, quality control procedures, and current building regulations. * Proficient in using **AutoCAD, Total Station, GPS, and other relevant tools** . * Excellent leadership, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Full, clean driver’s license (required for company vehicle). **Remuneration \& Benefits:** * **Base Salary:** €90,000 – €100K (depending on experience) * **Comprehensive Benefits Package** * **Company vehicle** 💼 Competitive salaries and benefits. 🏗️ Work on exciting and diverse projects. 👉 Apply today or get in touch with our team to learn more: paulb@highr.info or call me on 00353857634040
