**Role:** Trauma ICU RN **Responsibilities** * Provide advanced, evidence\-based care to critically injured patients in a fast\-paced ICU environment. * Perform continuous patient assessments and manage ventilators and invasive lines. * Administer medications and blood products as needed. * Respond promptly to emergencies, ensuring patient safety and stability. * Collaborate closely with trauma surgeons, intensivists, and interdisciplinary teams. * Support patients’ families through communication and compassionate care. **Qualifications \& Skills** * Registered Nurse licensure with relevant ICU or trauma care experience. * Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and emergency response skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and families. * Commitment to delivering high\-quality, evidence\-based patient care.
