Construction Manager (Residential) (Commercial)

Valley Construction Associates, LLC, McAllen / Edinburg, TX. Full-time, start immediately. VCA is a residential builder in the Rio Grande Valley building multiple single-family homes at once. We're hiring an experienced Construction Manager to lead day-to-day field operations from foundation to final. Responsibilities: * Manage multiple residential builds at the same time * Supervise crews and coordinate subcontractors (concrete, framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, finishes) * Build and maintain schedules; keep projects on time and on budget * Order, schedule, receive, and verify material deliveries * Read and interpret plans and specs; resolve field issues * Coordinate city inspections and keep permits on track * Enforce jobsite safety, quality, and cleanliness * Report progress, issues, and costs to ownership Qualifications: * Proven residential construction experience (supervisor, superintendent, or manager preferred) * Experience running multi-home or subdivision builds * Strong plan reading and knowledge of codes and inspections * Able to lead crews and manage subcontractors * Organized, reliable, strong communicator; bilingual English/Spanish a plus * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Pay: $500.00 - $1,500.00 per week Work Location: In person
