Senior Accountant - Renewables

***On behalf of an established Renewable Energy firm in Dublin, we are looking to hire a Senior Accountant.*** This role offers broad exposure across the finance function during an exciting growth phase, and a strong platform for career development. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will manage day\-to\-day finance responsibilities and support the wider team. **Responsibilities:** * End\-to\-end preparation and review of monthly accounts (P\&L, Balance Sheet and cashflows) * Monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including intercompany balances * Providing monthly variance analysis and commentary to the Financial Controller * Preparation of business plans, cashflow packs and monthly cash forecasting * Identify and drive process improvements within the finance function, including the use of AI and other market leading technologies to support automation **The Person:** * Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA), 1 \-3 years PQE. Newly qualified candidates from a Big 4 background will also be considered * Strong technical accounting skills with excellent Excel proficiency * Experience in renewable energy, construction, or a related sector advantageous * Confident communicator, self\-driven and comfortable dealing with senior personnel This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing, acquisitive business at a pivotal stage of its growth, offering genuine internal progression as the finance function scales alongside it.
