Social Media and Marketing Manager

**Job Overview** We are seeking a creative Social Media and Marketing Manager with analytical expertise to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. In this role, your primary responsibility is to develop and direct targeted marketing campaigns and follow through with content creation using both digital and physical media while preserving the integrity of the Caboose Brewing brand. **Responsibilities** Marketing * Work closely with our leadership team to develop targeted marketing campaigns based on opportunities for growth and brand loyalty. * Manage, schedule, and track marketing campaigns. * Coordinate with external public relations team to enhance brand reputation through media outreach and community engagement initiatives. Advertising * Plan and schedule creative social media posts, newsletters, and print media * Present recommendations for existing digital and analog advertising to support current marketing campaigns * Engage with customers and collaborators on social media Requirements * Proven experience developing marketing campaigns, social media management, and content creation. * Familiarity with best practices for content marketing. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives across various media formats.
