Salesforce Developer (3 Positions) **Federal Government Opportunity | 12 Month Contract + 12 Month Extension | Hybrid Working** Are you an experienced Salesforce Developer looking to contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives that make a real difference to Australians? We are seeking multiple Salesforce Developers to join a high-performing digital delivery team responsible for delivering innovative, citizen-focused solutions within a complex enterprise environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work on modern Salesforce platforms, leverage emerging AI-assisted development capabilities, and contribute to the delivery of impactful technology solutions. What You'll Be Doing As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing and enhancing Salesforce solutions within an Agile delivery environment. Your responsibilities will include: * Developing and supporting Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors * Building and maintaining integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events and related technologies * Contributing to AI-enabled development capabilities, including the use of Claude Code within Salesforce development practices * Working with source control and DevOps toolsets including GitLab, GitHub and Bitbucket * Collaborating with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools such as Jira and Bitbucket * Ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable and aligned with best practice development standards * Supporting accessibility-focused design and development initiatives About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: * 3 to 5 years' hands-on Salesforce development experience * Strong experience with Salesforce Vlocity/OmniStudio technologies including Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors * Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, frameworks and design patterns * Experience with source control tools, package-based development and DevOps practices * Strong integration experience including REST APIs and event-driven architectures * Experience across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience/Community Cloud * Knowledge of Salesforce Governor Limits and platform best practices * An appreciation for accessible and inclusive digital experiences Highly Regarded * Delivery of three or more Salesforce CRM implementations using Agile methodologies * Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II certifications * OmniStudio Developer Certification * Experience with AI technologies, configuration and customisation What's on Offer * 12-month contract with a potential 12-month extension * Hybrid work arrangements * Locations available across Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Geelong and Brisbane * Opportunity to work on large-scale, nationally significant digital programs * Collaborative Agile environment with modern development practices * Exposure to emerging AI-assisted software development capabilities Eligibility Requirements * Australian Citizenship is mandatory * Must hold a Baseline Security Clearance * Candidates must be willing to work a minimum of three days per week in the office in line with current hybrid working arrangements Apply Now If you're passionate about Salesforce development, enjoy working in Agile environments and want to help deliver meaningful digital outcomes at scale, we'd love to hear from you. **Apply today with your updated CV highlighting your Salesforce, OmniStudio and integration experience.** **Linda Jona** **Consultant** **Let's connect** *ManpowerGroup is committed to being a Diversity Confident Recruiter and encourages applications from people from a diverse range of backgrounds, including people with a disability.
