**Senior Delivery Manager | Northland | Contract (until Sept 2027)** We are on the hunt for an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead the implementation of a significant clinical information system. **About The Role** This is an opportunity to drive a high-impact transformation programme, improving clinical workflows, access to information and patient outcomes. **Responsibilities** You'll take ownership of end-to-end delivery, working closely with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to ensure the programme is delivered successfully. Your key responsibilities will include: * Leading programme delivery, planning and implementation. * Managing governance, risks, budgets, vendors and delivery teams. * Building strong relationships across clinical, operational and technical teams. * Driving stakeholder engagement, change and system adoption. * Ensuring delivery aligns with wider organisational and strategic objectives. **About you** **To Be Successful In This Role, You'll Bring** * Proven experience delivering large-scale digital or transformation programmes. * A strong background in healthcare technology, clinical systems or enterprise-wide implementations. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. * Experience managing complex delivery environments, vendors and governance. * A pragmatic, hands-on approach with a focus on getting things done.
