Customer Service Call Center Representative

We're looking for a reliable, computer savvy Call Center Representative. Must be outgoing, friendly and have strong communication/phone skills. Must have transportation and maintain strong punctuality and good attendance. Daily duties will entail handling customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints as well as scheduling. Researching required information using available resources. Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems. Following up complicated customer calls where required.
