Housekeeping Manager

**Responsibilities** * **Oversee and manage daily housekeeping operations** to ensure the department runs smoothly, efficiently, and in accordance with established cleanliness and service standards. * **Lead, train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff**, providing ongoing guidance, support, and performance feedback to promote teamwork, productivity, and exceptional service delivery. * **Monitor and maintain inventory** of cleaning supplies, linens, equipment, and other departmental essentials, ensuring adequate stock levels and placing orders as needed while managing resources responsibly. * **Collaborate with other departments**, including front desk and maintenance, to coordinate daily activities, address guest needs promptly, and enhance the overall guest experience. * **Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms and public areas** to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, presentation, and attention to detail are consistently maintained. * **Develop and implement efficient housekeeping procedures** to improve workflow, maximize productivity, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. * **Address guest concerns and service requests professionally and promptly**, taking appropriate action to resolve issues and maintain a positive guest experience. * **Promote a clean, safe, and welcoming environment** by ensuring housekeeping staff follow established protocols and consistently uphold the property’s quality standards.
