Young Toddler Teacher

**Job Summary** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teacher for classroom activities and enhance the educational experience for students. The ideal candidate will facilitate a learning environment, provide assistance to students, and create a nurturing environment conducive to academic growth. **Responsibilities** * Implement a lesson plans and classroom activities. * Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment. * Provide care and supervision for toddlers or young children, ensuring their safety and well-being. Along with changing diapers, help teach how to use utensils when eating & cleaning up bodily fluids such as boogers, slobber, ect. * Collaborate with teachers to adapt curriculum development for students with autism or other disabilities. * Have knowledge in organizing classroom materials and resources for effective learning experiences. * Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff regarding student progress and needs. **Skills** * Experience working with children on the autism spectrum or with various disabilities. * Effective classroom management techniques to promote a positive learning atmosphere. * Knowledge of toddler care practices and developmental milestones. * Ability to contribute to curriculum development tailored to individual student needs.
