Join us in making every weekend unforgettable while fostering a safe, inclusive, and vibrant atmosphere. **Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, and execute weekend events and parties, ensuring smooth operations from setup to cleanup. * Coordinate staff to deliver high-quality entertainment and activities tailored to children. * Manage guest interactions with enthusiasm, providing excellent customer service and resolving any conflicts swiftly and professionally. * Oversee safety procedures during events * Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, process payments efficiently, and maintain detailed records of all financial exchanges. * Maintain a lively atmosphere by engaging guests through public speaking, announcements, and interactive activities while ensuring everyone adheres to salon rules. **Qualifications** * Proven experience in events management or coordinating prefered, experience working with children. * Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively. * Skilled in retail sales transactions, cash handling, POS systems, and processing payments accurately. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly through public speaking or guest interactions.
