Outside Sales Representative

Job Overview * **Role:** Field\-based sales of commercial/industrial boilers, hydronic systems, and parts * **Travel:** Up to 50%–75% field travel within a defined territory * **Compensation:** Base salary plus performance commission Key Responsibilities * **Prospecting:** Find new business via cold calls, site visits, and networking with contractors and engineers. * **Technical Presentations:** Showcase steam and hot water systems to facility managers and buyers. * **Quoting \& Proposals:** Create accurate system specs, pricing, and bids with engineering team * **Account Management:** Maintain ongoing client relationships for repairs, maintenance, and equipment upgrades. Requirements \& Qualifications * **Experience:** 2\+ years in technical, mechanical, or industrial equipment sales (boiler experience preferred). * **Education:** High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in engineering or business is a plus. * **Skills:** Strong mechanical aptitude, communication, and negotiation * **License:** Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
