**Internals Construction Manager \| Apartments \| Dublin \| €80,000 \+ Vehicle \+ Full Package** We’re recruiting an experienced Site Manager for an apartment development in Grangegorman, Dublin for a developer/Contractor. The main responsibility will be managing the internal trades, driving the programme and ensuring each trade is organised, sequenced and delivering to the required standard. **You’ll be responsible for:** * Managing and coordinating all internal trades * Driving subcontractors and keeping works on programme * Looking ahead to ensure areas are ready for upcoming trades * Quality control, snagging and finishing * Identifying and resolving issues before they impact programme * Working closely with the Project Manager and wider site team Ideally suited to someone with strong apartment, residential or internals experience who knows how to delegate and manage subbies. 📍 Grangegorman, Dublin 💰 €80,000 \+ Vehicle \+ Full Package Interested?
