**Job Summary** Part-Time Party Planner Job Type: Part-TimeLocation: St. Albans, West Virginia About the Position We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-Time Party Planner to help create fun and memorable experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has excellent communication skills, and can manage multiple details while providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities ● Respond to party inquiries and assist customers with booking events. ● Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences. ● Coordinate party reservations, schedules, and event details. ● Maintain accurate booking information and follow up with customers. ● Help organize party packages, decorations, food orders, and other arrangements as needed. ● Work with team members to ensure parties run smoothly. ● Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after events. Qualifications ● Strong organizational and time-management skills. ● Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. ● Good verbal and written communication skills. ● Comfortable using a computer, email, and scheduling software. ● Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail. ● Previous experience in party planning, event coordination, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required. Schedule This is a part-time position, evening and weekend availability may be required, depending on party bookings.
