Inventory Specialist

In this detail\-oriented role, you will oversee inventory accuracy, coordinate stock movement, and support procurement activities to ensure accurate inventory records. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop expertise in inventory management, data analytics, and supply chain strategies while supporting a fast\-paced, collaborative environment. **Responsibilities** * Utilize data from multiple sources (i.e. purchase orders, invoices, accounting and plant reports, and EVCC’s) to complete electronic data collection and summarization. * Meticulous attention to detail while completing data entry of new inventory, receiving reports, and cost\-sheet analysis. * Work with internal teams, customers, and vendors to complete purchase orders and all record keeping for Outside Processing. * Collaborate with Logistics and Purchasing teams to ensure timely and accurate inventory logs related to steel specifications per customer needs. * Assists with monthly reconciliation of inventory stock using ERP and plant personnel. * Assists with annual year end physical reconciliation of inventory stock. * Become subject matter expert working within ERP. **Skills** * Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, warehouse distribution, and inventory control practices. * Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements within warehouse operations. * Familiarity with logistics concepts such as shipping \& receiving, order fulfillment, materials handling, and production planning. * Strong analysis skills complemented by data visualization expertise to support decision\-making.
