The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing platform solutions, with a focus on Salesforce technologies. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our product offerings and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and implement Salesforce-based solutions to meet business requirements. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. * Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications and integrations. * Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in development. * Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues. * Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to drive innovation. **Mandatory Skills** * Strong expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. * Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs. * Proficient in Salesforce administration and configuration. * Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies. **Preferred Skills** * Experience with Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect). * Knowledge of other programming languages such as Java or JavaScript. * Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. * Experience in working with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * 5-7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Salesforce. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
