About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Backend Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our technology team and build scalable, AI-powered products. The role is primarily backend-focused, requiring strong experience with **Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript, along with hands-on exposure to **LLMs, Generative AI, and Conversational AI . You’ll work on building scalable backend services, APIs, integrations, and intelligent AI-powered workflows in a collaborative environment with a strong focus on innovation, ownership, and work-life balance . Key Responsibilities Build scalable backend services and REST APIs using Node.js and TypeScript . Integrate LLMs and Generative AI into production applications. Develop Conversational AI, chatbots, AI assistants, and intelligent workflows . Work with databases, third-party APIs, cloud services, and distributed systems. Collaborate with React/frontend teams when required. Participate in architecture, code reviews, optimisation, and technical design. Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices. Requirements 5+ years of software development experience. Strong Node.js, TypeScript & JavaScript skills. Experience building scalable backend systems and REST APIs. Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, or Conversational AI . Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into applications. Experience with React . Strong understanding of databases, APIs, Git, and modern development practices.
