AI Product Manager

**Responsibilities** * Own and drive 2C AI product features from concept to launch and optimization; * Define product requirements, user flows, and feature strategy for AI\-powered in\-app experiences; * Work cross\-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams; * Monitor product performance, collect user feedback, and iterate quickly; * Support pilot launches, global rollouts, multilingual expansion, and ongoing feature improvements; * Balance business goals with user experience, including reducing unnecessary interruptions and improving usability; **Qualifications** * 3–4 years of product management experience; * Strong experience in consumer\-facing AI products; * Proven track record of launching features for large\-scale C\-end users; * Strong product sense, user empathy, and execution ability; * Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, high\-pressure environment; * Able to handle launch pressure and negative user feedback with maturity and stability; * Strong communication skills and ability to work well with marketing, operations, and cross\-functional teams; * Growth mindset, high EQ, and strong ownership.
