Referment is working with a global financial\-services business seeking a Technical Product Manager to shape the market\-intelligence and analytics capabilities behind a trading platform. You will sit between trading, risk, operations and technology teams, turning their data needs into a clear platform roadmap. The remit spans market\-data ingestion and enrichment through to analytics, reporting, governance and self\-service access, with a strong emphasis on trusted, timely and secure data. **The Role** * Own and prioritise the roadmap and backlog for market\-intelligence and analytics data products. * Translate trading, market\-data, risk and operational needs into requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria. * Partner with engineering and data teams on ingestion, normalisation, enrichment, lineage, observability and reporting capabilities. * Define measures for adoption, data quality, reliability, performance and cost efficiency. * Coordinate producers, consumers, architecture, security and compliance stakeholders, communicating trade\-offs and delivery risks clearly. * Assess internal needs and external data or technology options to inform investment decisions. **What We're Looking For** * Experience in technical product management involving data platforms, analytics, trading technology, market data or enterprise technology. * A practical understanding of pipelines, APIs, ETL/ELT, data lakes, warehouses and cloud platforms. * Strong backlog management, prioritisation and delivery skills, with the ability to explain technical decisions in business terms. * Confidence working across engineering, data and senior business stakeholders. Experience with trading platforms, pricing, risk, data governance, metadata, entitlement or data quality would be useful.
