Accountant

**Responsibilities:** * Full Accounting Management: Handle daily bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Financial Reporting \& Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and provide financial analysis to support business decisions. * Tax Compliance: Manage Singapore tax filings (e.g., GST, corporate income tax) to ensure compliance and optimize tax strategies. * Audit \& Compliance: Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure financial compliance with Singaporean regulations. * Cost Control \& Budgeting: Monitor budget implementation, optimize financial processes, and enhance cost efficiency. * Payment \& Cash Management: Oversee company cash flow, approve payments, and manage financial transactions to ensure security and efficiency. * Business Support: Work closely with operations, risk management, and legal teams to provide financial support and improve processes. * Financial System Optimization: Maintain and enhance financial software and ERP systems to improve accounting efficiency. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. * At least 2 years of full\-set accounting experience, preferably in the cryptocurrency, fintech, or blockchain industry. * Strong knowledge of Singaporean financial regulations, tax policies, and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). * Experience in financial management for digital assets, cryptocurrency, or blockchain\-related businesses; familiarity with exchange operations is a plus. * Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
