Digital Workplace Adoption & Communications Lead

I am partnering with a global bank in Singapore to hire a **Digital Workplace Adoption & Communications Lead** . Let’s be clear: This is *not* your traditional, boring corporate IT role. We are not looking for someone to run server migrations, write dense technical BRDs, or monitor SLAs. The hiring manager is looking for an **"Internal Account Manager and Marketer"** for the End-User Services (EUS) team. Your mandate is to throw out the old corporate IT playbook and use a **modern, digitally fluent** approach (multimedia, videos, interactive portals, champion networks) to market technology to the business. **Your Immediate Mission:** Your very first project will be building the communications framework and driving the enterprise-wide adoption of **Microsoft Copilot** across the APAC region. **What You Will Actually Do:** * **Internal Marketing & Comms:** Act as the voice of the Digital Workplace. You will build service portals, craft high-impact change campaigns, and design bite-sized multimedia learning so users actually understand how to use new tools (M365, Teams, AI). * **Business Partnering (The "BA" side):** Sit directly with APAC business heads. Ask the right questions, uncover their hidden pain points, and translate those user journeys into clear service requirements for the engineering team to build. * **Drive the "New Playbook":** Replace dry, technical email blasts with modern employee engagement strategies - think interactive Teams channels, UX-driven websites, and visually compelling executive decks. **Who We Are Looking For:** * You have a rare hybrid background spanning **Internal Communications, Change Management / Adoption, and User Experience (UX) / Business Analysis** . * You know the modern digital workplace stack (Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams, intranets). * You are an exceptional storyteller who can translate highly complex tech rollouts into plain, engaging language for a trader, a business head, or a CIO. * You have navigated complex, regulated environments (banking/financial services preferred but not strictly required if your adoption metrics are stellar).
