Responsibilities: \- Analyze and troubleshoot electrical systems in commercial buildings \- Perform maintenance and repairs on low voltage and high voltage electrical systems \- Perform maintenance and repairs on hvac systems \- Perform plumbing tasks as assigned \- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction \- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations Skills: \- Strong knowledge of hvac, electrical, plumbing systems. \- Proficiency in low voltage and high voltage electrical work \- Ability to analyze and diagnose electrical problems \- Skilled in field service and troubleshooting \- Experience in fabricating and installing electrical components \- Excellent customer service skills Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
