This full\-time, on\-site role is based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and involves conducting new hire training, refresher sessions, and process updates for various teams. Day\-to\-day activities include identifying training needs, creating training materials and documentation, leading classroom and small\-group sessions, and maintaining training records. The Process Trainer will collaborate with operations leaders and subject matter experts to ensure that employees understand workflows, compliance requirements, and performance expectations. The role also involves monitoring training effectiveness, providing feedback and coaching to learners, and recommending process or content improvements based on data and observations. **Qualifications** * Candidates should possess strong Training Needs Analysis and New Hire Training skills to design and deliver effective learning programs. * Candidates should possess clear and engaging Presentation Skills to facilitate classroom and on\-the\-job training sessions. * Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to evaluate training outcomes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements. * Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for explaining complex processes, providing feedback, and collaborating with cross\-functional teams. * Experience in process training, operations, or quality in healthcare or service\-oriented environments is beneficial. * Ability to work on\-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and manage multiple training assignments in a fast\-paced setting. * Proficiency with basic productivity tools (e.g., presentation software, spreadsheets, learning materials) and comfort with technology\-enabled training. * Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; formal training or certification in learning and development or instructional design is an advantage.
