Front of House Manager

**Submarine House on Brown St is building our team!** **Job Summary** As Front of House Manager, you’ll lead daily guest-facing operations and keep service moving smoothly from arrival through departure. You’ll coordinate the bar, dining room, and service team, respond to guest needs, and help maintain a welcoming, safe environment. We are seeking confident, energetic, and dependable candidates! **Responsibilities** * Lead shifts, supervise and develop staff, and support hiring through interviewing and training. * Coordinate service with kitchen and bar teams and oversee all front of house operations. * Manage guest service, serving, cash handling, and point-of-sale (POS) transactions. * Monitor inventory, ordering, and operating results to support responsible food and beverage management. * Maintain service standards across restaurant operations. **Qualifications** * Experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality operations; supervisory, assistant manager, or management experience is preferred. * Background in restaurant, food service, or hospitality is an asset. * Familiarity with customer service, shift management, inventory control, basic math and POS systems; Spoton and Restaurant 365 experience is a plus * Knowledge of food safety and bar service is required. * Leadership, team management, managerial communication, and training/development skills of experience is valued.
