**Role:** Licensed Physical Therapist providing outpatient rehabilitation services. **Responsibilities** * Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and post-surgical conditions. * Design individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs. * Document patient progress using Electronic Medical Records (EMR). * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered, goal-oriented care. * Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies. **Qualifications & Skills** * Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist. * Strong clinical knowledge in outpatient rehabilitation. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans. **Additional Highlights:** Opportunities for mentorship, continuing education, and professional growth within a supportive, community-focused environment dedicated to clinical excellence.
