Team members are encouraged to contribute their expertise and grow their careers within a structured and supportive environment. **Role Description** The MEP Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, responsible for overseeing all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for construction projects. The role involves managing MEP design coordination, reviewing drawings and specifications, and ensuring integration of MEP systems with architectural and structural elements. The MEP Manager will lead coordination meetings with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and maintain project schedules. Day-to-day tasks include supervising site installation, inspecting MEP works for quality and compliance, managing procurement of MEP materials and equipment, and monitoring cost control related to MEP activities. The role also requires preparing progress reports, supporting testing and commissioning, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and safety standards. **Qualifications** * Candidates should possess strong MEP Coordination skills, with the ability to integrate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across disciplines. * Candidates should possess practical expertise in Plumbing works and associated site installation and quality control. * Candidates should possess experience in MEP Design review, interpretation of construction drawings, and collaboration with design consultants. * Candidates should possess procurement skills related to MEP materials and equipment, including vendor management and cost awareness. * Relevant diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related engineering field is preferred. * Experience in building or infrastructure projects in Singapore, with knowledge of local codes, regulations, and authority requirements, is beneficial. * Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site. * Ability to lead site teams, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
