Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities: \- Oversee and manage the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness throughout the facility \- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain a high standard of cleanliness \- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed \- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards \- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and maintenance \- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning activities and address any specific needs or requests \- Handle customer complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services \- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management Requirements: \- Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role \- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices \- Excellent leadership and communication skills \- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate tasks effectively \- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards \- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to housekeeping operations \- Proficient in using cleaning equipment and supplies \- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training in housekeeping management is a plus Job Types: Full\-time, Part\-time Pay: From $11\.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Paid time off Experience: * Cleaning: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
