We are seeking a **UI/UX Designer** to lead the design of next\-generation enterprise platforms, delivering modern, scalable, and intelligent user experiences that integrate analytics, dashboards, workflow management, and AI\-powered capabilities. Key Responsibilities User Experience Strategy \& Design * Define and drive platform\-wide UX strategy, design principles, and user experience standards. * Design intuitive and scalable user interfaces for enterprise applications and operational platforms. * Develop role\-based experiences tailored to different user personas, business functions, and access requirements. * Create seamless navigation, information architecture, and interaction patterns that improve usability and efficiency. Dashboard \& Workflow Design * Design dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, reporting views, work queues, alerts, and operational workflows. * Create workflow visualizations that simplify complex business processes and operational activities. * Design data\-rich experiences that enable users to monitor performance and make informed decisions. * Optimize workflow efficiency through thoughtful interaction design and user\-centered approaches. AI\-Powered Experience Design * Design AI\-assisted user journeys, including copilots, conversational interfaces, recommendations, and intelligent automation experiences. * Develop human\-in\-the\-loop review, approval, and decision\-support workflows for AI\-generated actions. * Create user experiences that encourage responsible and effective adoption of AI\-powered capabilities. * Design intuitive interactions between users and intelligent systems while maintaining transparency and trust. Research, Prototyping \& Validation * Conduct user research, persona development, journey mapping, workflow analysis, and stakeholder workshops. * Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive design concepts. * Perform usability testing and gather user feedback to continuously improve experiences. * Translate business requirements into intuitive and effective user experiences. Design Systems \& Collaboration * Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UX standards. * Ensure consistency across products, workflows, and user touchpoints. * Partner closely with product managers, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. * Support implementation efforts to ensure design quality and user experience fidelity. Accessibility \& Governance * Establish accessibility standards and ensure compliance with modern accessibility guidelines. * Promote design governance and UX best practices across teams. * Advocate for user\-centered design principles and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications * 3\+ years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or user experience\-related roles. * Experience designing enterprise applications, workflow\-driven platforms, or business\-critical software solutions. * Strong knowledge of human\-centered design methodologies and UX best practices. * Experience with user journey mapping, service design, persona development, and workflow analysis. * Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools. * Experience designing dashboards, analytics platforms, and data visualization experiences. * Knowledge of information architecture, navigation systems, and interaction design. * Experience conducting usability testing and user research. * Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive web design principles. * Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise applications, operational platforms, dashboards, or workflow\-centric solutions. * Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams in Agile environments. * Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences. Preferred Qualifications * Experience designing AI\-enabled applications, conversational interfaces, or copilot experiences. * Familiarity with workflow automation and intelligent business platforms. * Experience designing management consoles, operational dashboards, or analytics\-driven applications. * Knowledge of data\-intensive applications and KPI reporting systems. * Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, insurance, or government. * Familiarity with role\-based access models and permissions\-aware user experiences. * Understanding of modern UX patterns for analytics, workflow automation, and AI\-assisted systems.
