All employees are also considered for an annual raise, commensurate with performance and company commitment. **About this position:** iWorks is seeking a Personnel Security Analytical Support Specialist to support data\-driven personnel security operations through reporting, metrics analysis, and process improvement initiatives. * **This position is contingent upon contract award.** **Salary Range:** 84k\-94k \- commensurate with the candidate's skills, experience, location, and qualifications. **On a day\-to\-day basis, you will:** * Analyze personnel security program data. * Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. * Identify trends and recommend process improvements. * Support risk analysis and decision\-making activities. * Present findings to stakeholders. **Required Education/Qualifications:** * + **Security Clearance: Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility and current CI Polygraph required.** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. + Minimum 8 years of analytical experience. + Experience with reporting, metrics, and data analysis tools. + Strong critical\-thinking abilities. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience supporting security or compliance programs. * Advanced reporting and data visualization experience. **Please Note:** We maintain an on\-camera policy for all virtual company meetings to foster engagement and collaboration.
