**Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)/ Liscensed Social Worker (LSW)** Location: Frisco, TX Facility Type: Residential Treatment Center \& Outpatient Mental Health Hospital Employment Type: Full\-Time Schedule: 8\-hour shifts Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)/ Liscensed Social Worker (LSW) to provide therapeutic services, case management, and support to individuals with mental health needs, substance use issues, and social challenges. The LMSW/LSW will play a key role in care coordination, client advocacy, and resource facilitation to improve outcomes for clients in a residential treatment setting. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. * Provide individual, group counseling, and family counseling, with a focus on addiction recovery, trauma, and mental health support. * Facilitate motivational interviewing sessions to foster client engagement and goal setting. * Deliver crisis intervention services and support during acute behavioral episodes. * Collaborate with community agencies for housing assistance, job readiness programs, and other social services. * Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and coordination. * Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. * Mentor and guide clients toward personal growth and independence.
