Essential Home Health Care Inc. is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one care in patients’ homes throughout Chicago’s South Side, West Side, and south suburbs. RN compensation: $70–$110 per visit LPN compensation: $50–$60 per visit Rates vary by visit type. SPANISH-ENGLISH BILINGUAL NURSES ENCOURAGED TO APPLY Help patients and families feel heard, understand their care, and feel more confident managing their health at home. Spanish-English bilingual skills are preferred, but not required. Nurses who speak other languages are also welcome. SERVICE AREAS * Chicago’s South Side * Chicago’s West Side * South suburbs of Chicago Tell us your preferred territory when applying. Assignments will depend on patient needs and available coverage. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Provide skilled nursing care according to physician orders and the patient’s plan of care. * Deliver wound care and other ordered treatments within your license, training, and competency. * Educate patients and caregivers about medications, health conditions, and recovery. * Identify and communicate changes in patient condition. * Coordinate with the care team and complete timely, accurate documentation in Axxess. RNs perform assessments, care planning, and OASIS documentation when applicable. LPNs provide care under RN supervision and the established plan of care. PAY PER VISIT Registered Nurses: * Regular: $70 * Regular Hi-Tech/ Certified IV Infusion visit: $80 * Recertification: $80 * Wound care visit: $80 * Start of care: $100 * Special start of care: $110 * Resumption of care: $80 * Discharge: $80 Licensed Practical Nurses: * Regular visit: $50 * Special High-Tech $60 * Regular wound care visit: $60 QUALIFICATIONS * Unencumbered Active Illinois RN or LPN license appropriate to the position. * Current CPR certification. * Reliable transportation for home visits. * Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills. * Home health experience preferred. ( Accept New Grads With 3-6 Of Nursing Experience) * Axxess experience preferred. ( However Will Train) * OASIS experience preferred for RN applicants. * Spanish-English bilingual skills are a plus.
