If you are a **Senior Electrical HV Engineer** looking for a dynamic opportunity, send your CV to Oisin O’Donohoe or call 086 085 7455 for a confidential discussion. **Benefits:** * Salary: €80,000–€90,000 DOE * Company vehicle and fuel card * Pension * Bonus * Laptop and phone * Excellent career progression opportunities **Responsibilities/Duties:** * Lead and support the design and engineering of HV substations, grid connections and associated electrical infrastructure. * Develop and review technical designs, specifications, drawings and calculations for HV, T&D and renewable energy projects. * Coordinate with clients, design teams, contractors and suppliers to ensure technical compliance and successful project delivery. * Provide technical support throughout installation, testing and commissioning, ensuring compliance with IEC, IEEE, EN and relevant industry standards. * Review technical submissions, assess design solutions and resolve engineering issues throughout the project lifecycle. * Collaborate with the Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) team to ensure compliance with project and regulatory requirements. **Qualifications / Skills:** * Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline. * 5+ years of relevant industry experience. * Experience in HV substation design, T&D infrastructure or renewable energy projects. * Strong knowledge of HV systems, electrical design standards and relevant regulations. * Proficiency in MS Office and relevant engineering design software. * A valid, clean driving licence.
