**Job Summary** Responsible for planning and implementing treatment programs for patients across all ages, from neonatal to geriatric, following established physical therapy practices and principles. Collaborates effectively with an interdisciplinary treatment team to deliver comprehensive patient care. **Qualifications** * **Education** + High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (Required) + Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) (Required; after 2015\) * **Experience**: Not applicable * **Certification/Licensure** + Licensed Physical Therapist (Required) + Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Required; must be obtained within ninety days of start)
