Senior Analyst/ Associate (Healthcare Investments)

**SENIOR ANALYST/ ASSOCIATE (HEALTHCARE INVESTMENTS)** ***LOCATION: SINGAPORE*** Our client is a widely respected global Healthcare Private Equity Fund Manager managing a multi\-billion AUM. Backed by a set of prominent global institutional investors, they have achieved an impressive investment track record for nearly a decade across the entire healthcare spectrum, including (but not limited to) therapeutics, medical devices and emerging healthcare services/ delivery platforms. The firm prides itself on a collaborative, innovative and nurturing culture, built on a bedrock of strong values and ethics. With offices in the United States, Greater China and various Asian cities, the company has continued to flourish despite challenging macroeconomic conditions. They are currently expanding and would like to further strengthen their investments team with a Senior Analyst / Associate level hire. For the purpose of this hire, our client has a strong preference to bring on board a bright and motivated finance professional with strong M\&A exposure and financial modelling skill\-sets to complement the existing strengths of the team. While prior healthcare deals experience is a big plus, it is not compulsory. As this role will actively be working on investment deals in Mainland China (among other countries), **advanced/native level Mandarin proficiency** will be required. Working with the senior members of the Investment Team, the Senior Analyst / Associate shall be responsible for the following: * Build detailed LBO and 3\-statement models to support investment decisions * Prepare investment memorandum and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders * Support due diligence efforts, including conducting financial analysis, reviewing legal documents, and identifying key risks and growth upside * Assist with transaction management and execution, including financing, deal structuring and negotiation workstreams * Assist with portfolio management and implementation of value creation initiatives * Conduct market research and perform competitive analysis to identify potential investment opportunities * Work with investment team members across offices to support project needs **Qualifications / Experience** * Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Economics/ Business Administration with strong academic and professional credentials * 2\-4 years of relevant work experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance * Strong quantitative skills and competent in financial modelling and valuation * Collaborative team player and able to manage multiple projects concurrently * Energetic and driven, with unquestioned integrity and genuine interest to continuously learn and develop as a professional * Strong written and verbal communication skills; Display clarity of thoughts and ideas * Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint and financial databases including Capital IQ, Bloomberg, etc. Kindly send your updated CV to Sang\-Chin BOH at **sangchin@vantage\-associates.com** for our consideration.
