The Mission Position Details * Job Type: Full-time, remote * Schedule: Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM (Eastern Time) * Training: Comprehensive 7-week orientation with full training and ongoing support * Environment: 100% remote work opportunity Requirements * Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills * Ability to efficiently manage multiple systems and tasks while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone * A genuine passion for improving the lives of others Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) * Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance operations, remote medical or technical related role or a related field * Proficiency with various web-based platforms and tools * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneNote.
